Before proceeding, we conduct a thorough triage of your situation — including checking for any life insurance or superannuation entitlements.

We engage directly with the insurer on your behalf, review the details of your policy, and assess how your illness or injury may be eligible for a claim.

At the end of this stage, we provide a clear recommendation on whether to proceed and outline the best approach.

This ensures that if a claim is not supported by your insurance policy, you are not putting in time and effort into a claim that is likely to be unsuccessful.
